History

FCC and EEC the owner of FEWI, began in 1998 as a small water delivery and retail business serving AFPOVAI residents and military personnel in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig. They soon expanded into water drilling and infrastructure projects, including connecting AFPOVAI Phase 5 to Manila Water's mainline. In 2001, they rehabilitated the water system at Fort Magsaysay Army Reservation. By 2016, EEC introduced sustainable technologies like solar-powered systems and HDPE pipes in the Semirara Level 3 Water System Project. Over the years, the companies have grown from humble beginnings to become known for reliable, innovative, and community-focused water solutions.
